Technical Competencies
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and statuary compliances.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Experience with HR software and tools for managing HR processes and data.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Leadership skills with a track record of building and managing effective teams.
Desired Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
