Technical Competencies
- Own end-to-end delivery of insurance software projects — from initiation through post-production support
- Coordinate engineering, QA, product, and client teams to keep delivery on track and stakeholders aligned
- Manage project plans, risks, resources, and milestones; report status to clients and leadership
- Track delivery health through key metrics — velocity, SLA adherence, defect trends, client satisfaction
- Leverage AI tools (Copilot, LLMs) to streamline reporting, risk tracking, and sprint planning
Desired Qualification & Experience
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc. IT
- 3–5 yrs Project Management experience in software delivery in P&C Insurance (US markets)
- PMP Certification
- Agile/Scrum/SAFe
- AI-assisted PM tools (Copilot, Notion AI)
- CSM or PRINCE2
