Technical Competencies
- Lead design and implementation of AI agents capable of autonomous/semi-autonomous reasoning, planning, and task execution
- Architect scalable AI workflows integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) via LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or custom frameworks
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines and hybrid AI architectures for production-scale performance and cost efficiency
- Define technical standards, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI guardrails
- Mentor engineers through code and design reviews; shape the AI product roadmap with stakeholders
- Own production reliability — monitoring, observability, latency/cost optimization, and incident response
Desired Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 4-7 years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years working with LLMs, ML systems, or AI-powered applications
- Expert proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries
