Technical Competencies
- Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of MERN stack applications (Node.js, React, Next.js) on Microsoft Azure
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture
- Write clean, secure, testable code; design REST APIs and backend integrations
- Review code, enforce quality/security/performance standards, and troubleshoot production issues
- Mentor developers and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams
- Drive team-wide adoption of AI tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) for coding, testing, and documentation
Desired Qualification & Experience
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc. IT
- 6+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, React.js, Next.js, NoSQL DB, JavaScript & TypeScript
