- AI DemandAssist Agent (at 9:30-minute mark) offers an example of work being done behind the scenes to support your claims adjusters on DigitalEdge Claims platform. This demonstration shows the output of the AI Agent scanning incoming mail for attorney demand letter language to flag these important documents – at scale.
